Lovable web app case study

LEON Mobile Detailing

A clearer way for Austin customers to choose a detailing service, book it, understand the price, and follow the van.

LEON Mobile Detailing booking website home screen

The context

Mobile service needed a mobile-first journey.

LEON operates from a self-contained Sprinter van in Austin, carrying its own water, power, and heat. The website needed to make that convenience immediately clear while helping customers move from interest to a confirmed service.

The direction centered on three customer questions: what can I book, what will it cost, and when will the van arrive?

The approach

Design the decision path before adding features.

Make the offer clear

Services, convenience, and customer proof appear near the decisions they support.

Reduce booking friction

The guided journey breaks the request into understandable steps instead of one long form.

Set expectations

Pricing, availability, service area, and arrival information answer practical questions early.

Design for the phone

The experience prioritizes customers arranging a mobile service from a small screen.

The booking journey

Book, track, and trust.

01

Book

A guided conversation helps visitors choose and request the right detail.

02

Track

Van location and arrival information keep the customer informed.

03

Trust

Reviews, credentials, insurance, pricing, and recent work reduce uncertainty.

Built with Lovable

A working experience, refined screen by screen.

Benometree planned the customer journey first, then used Lovable to move from a working prototype to a polished, responsive product. The process kept the real booking flow visible throughout the build instead of treating it as a final integration.

The result combines a service website and a purpose-built customer tool in one experience.
